Lead and manage the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business goals
Ensure the accuracy of financial statements and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Continuously monitor and analyze the company’s financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and key insights to inform decision-making.
Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal control systems to protect company assets and minimize risks.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports to the President and senior management team.
Collaborate with internal departments to improve operational efficiency, optimize profitability, and support overall business objectives.
Coordinate audits and serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Provide strategic financial advice to the President, highlighting potential risks, opportunities, and recommendations for business growth.
Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of productivity, accountability, and professional growth.

Male/Female. Under 45 years old
University degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
Have 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Controller in FDI manufacturing companies
Good at English
