Financial Oversight: Manage all accounting operations including Billing, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Direct the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts and report variances to the Board of Directors.
Audit & Compliance: Coordinate and direct the preparation of regulatory reporting and provide full support during Customs/ Tax Audits
Internal Controls: Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Cost Analysis: Analyze manufacturing costs, including scrap disposal and energy optimization projects, to provide insights for profit improvement.
Project Finance: Monitor the financial progress of capital projects, such as building construction and energy system investments.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements for the Chairman and Management team.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or CMA) is highly preferred.
Experience: 5–10 years of combined accounting and finance experience, with at least 3 years in a Controller or Senior Finance Manager role within a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills: Thorough knowledge of accounting principles (VAS/IFRS) and advanced proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
