FM SUPERVISOR

1/ Supervise the operation of all aspects of the Technical Department.

2/ Supervise all repair, renovation, maintenance and fit-out works.

3/ Supervise closely all maintenance personnel in the performance of their duties

4/ Monitor and ensure all technical systems of the Office Building are smoothly operational.

5/ Supervise performance of engineering employees by give recommendation to Chief Engineer/ Asst. Chief Engineer appropriate training for all technicians.

6/ Monitor closely all utility consumption and energy efficiency of all equipment/ system and to ensure optimum energy usage.

7/ Conduct daily check/ inspection of technical system with particular attention on defective or deficient life safety features and observe closely the condition of all operating equipment/ system

8/ Execute other works as assigned by Chief Engineer/ Asst. Chief Engineer.

9/ Support and checking Air Con of Tenant

10/ Monitor all the contractor Fit Out work in the Office Building.

11/ Monitor all the contractor maintenance in the Office Building.

12/ Arrange monthly shift schedules for Technicians.

13/ Familiar with all emergencies cases of the building and respond quickly to any emergency situation emergency situation

14/ Maintain the good and professional communication with other department and the Tenants in order to provide the good and professional customer services care to Tenants

15/Can do report in writing to Chief Engineer as required

16/Troubleshoot, evaluate and recommend equipment/service upgrades

17/Other tasks as assigned by Facility Manager/Property Manager

-Education Level Required: Bachelor / Diploma of Engineering.

-Field of study: Engineering (M&E)

-Professional designations: Building Technician Supervisor for office, shopping mall, hotel or residential projects.

·         Work Experience Required / 필요경력

-Good MEP knowledge and building structure.

-Good interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills.

- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.

-Computer knowledge – Word, Excel and Power Point.

- Average English skills
