Mô tả Công việc

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Acquisition:

  • Prospect & Pitch: Identify and pitch Farindo’s food processing machinery to manufacturers (packaging) across Vietnam.
  • Consultative Sales: Conduct technical site visits to assess clients' production lines, capacity needs, and automation goals.
  • Commercial Execution: Prepare commercial proposals, manage machinery tenders, and assist in closing B2B contracts.

Supplier Liaison & Technical Bridging:

  • International Coordination: Act as the primary contact for overseas suppliers regarding technical specifications, lead times, and compliance.
  • Technical Communication: Relay local market feedback, client customization requests, and Vietnamese regulatory standards to supplier engineering teams.
  • Document Management: Manage the flow of RFQs and technical drawings between clients and suppliers.

Project Management & After-Sales Support:

  • Delivery Oversight: Manage end-to-end delivery processes, working with logistics teams on customs clearance and distribution.
  • Installation Scheduling: Coordinate machinery installation, commissioning, and technical training between suppliers and client factories.
  • Account Management: Nurture long-term client relationships to secure recurring sales for spare parts, upgrades, and maintenance.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience: 2–5 years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in food processing machinery or packaging equipment.

Education: Bachelor's degree from technical university

Languages: Full professional proficiency in both English and Vietnamese (mandatory).

Key Skills:

  • Ability to read basic technical and commercial specifications and learn complex machinery systems.
  • Excellent negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting sales targets.

Mobility: Willing to travel tthroughout Vietnam
