FP&A SENIOR OFFICER

FP&A Senior Officer, reporting to the Manager, FP&A. In charge of factory performance 

Responsibility

1. Factory performance analysis 

• Analyze monthly factory costs, including in-house expenses and subcontracting costs, to identify key cost drivers and performance trends.
• Perform what-if analysis to support operational decision-making
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable improvements for better performance.

2. Ad hoc Projects

• Create ad hoc financial analysis by business requirements 
• Additional duties as assigned

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Major/Subject: A bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, management, or related fields is preferred; finance, accounting, or auditing backgrounds are a plus.

2. Professional Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); analysis tools (Power BI is a plus)...

3. Years of Work Experience: 3 - 4 years’ experience (garment or fabric experience is highly desirable).

4. Technical Skills: Proficient in data processing and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PPT.

5. Languages: Chinese (English is a plus)

6. Other Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and elaborate with stakeholders.
• Good at presentation and interpersonal skills, careful and trustworthy.
