Conduct CSR audits: RBA, BSCI, SMETA.
Follow TUV SUD’s audit management process for CSR audit services
Follow TUV SUD’s review process and take corrective steps to ensure high-quality reports.
Ensure timely completion of audit reports for review and delivery.
Keep and submit all audit records to CS and/or the Auditing system adequately.
Comply the commitment under Anti-bribery and Integrity Policy, as well as the Impartiality and data protection statements.
Ensure teamwork and implement Lead auditor/Auditor roles sufficiently to complete assigned audit projects.
Coordinate and provide support to other departments on the day-to-day planning, marketing, and operation tasks, including new product development.
Report audit performance to Reporting Officer.

APSCA CSCA or ASCA certified auditors.
Up-to-date mandatory knowledge and qualifications for RBA, BSCI, SMETA.
A bachelor’s degree in the majors of Human Resources Management/Law/English Linguistic/HSE/Environmental/Labor Safety is priority.
Strong proficiency in English.
Have knowledge and experience in Quality Management Services, relevant standards, and certification schemes, and/or internal quality audit exposure.
Candidates with extensive experience in Social Compliance Program Management/Factory Social Responsibility Assessments are highly encouraged.
Experience in conducting audits (with Audit log as proof), as well as in implementing and maintaining management systems, is an advantage.
Available to work immediately.
