Full-stack Software Engineer (Fresher / Junior)

• Develop and maintain features across front-end and back-end systems.
• Build UI components using React and TypeScript.
• Work with and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Work with relational databases and SQL.
• Debug issues and improve existing functionality.
• Read, understand, and gradually become comfortable working within a large existing codebase.
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
• Use Git for source control and team collaboration.
• Participate in code reviews and learn from other engineers.
• Collaborate with engineers, QA, product, and other team members.
• Learn new technologies and frameworks as required by the project.

• Fresh graduates or Final-year Computer Science / Software Engineering students
• Developers with 0–2 years of professional experience
• Strong foundational knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and web development.
• Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+).
• Knowledge of React through coursework, personal projects, internships, or professional experience.
• Basic/working knowledge of TypeScript.
• Basic back-end development knowledge. Experience with PHP/Laravel or Ruby on Rails is preferred, but experience with another back-end framework is acceptable.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of SQL databases, including queries and joins.
• Basic experience using Git.
• Full-stack mindset - willing to work on and learn both front-end and back-end development.
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn an existing codebase.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Ant Design or other UI component libraries.
• Knowledge of unit testing with PHPUnit, Jest, or React Testing Library.
• Familiarity with Next.js, Redux Toolkit, or styled-components.
• Knowledge of database indexing and query optimization.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or AWS.
• Internship or previous software development experience.
• Public GitHub repository with personal, university, or open-source projects.
• Experience building and deploying a complete web application.
