Job Summary:
The Merchandiser is responsible for sourcing and developing suppliers, obtaining quotations, following up on sample development, and managing the entire order process from start to finish. This role works directly with factories and closely coordinates with Sales, Technical, and QC teams to ensure products meet customer requirements in terms of quality, pricing, and delivery timeline

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in sourcing and order follow-up in the furniture industry (mandatory).
• Experience working directly with factories, with the ability to source and evaluate suppliers.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with suppliers/factories.
• Ability to work independently and handle tasks end-to-end.
• High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Willing to travel to factories when required.
