GARMENT MERCHANDISER (ENGLISH / CHINESE)

1. Receive orders, support customers during the ordering process

Tiếp nhận đơn hàng, hỗ trợ khách hàng trong quá trình lên đơn hàng

2. Participate in the sample production process, ensure the quality of the sample before sending it to customers

Tham gia vào quá trình sản xuất hàng mẫu, đảm bảo chất lượng cho mẫu trước khi gửi cho khách

3. Monitor customer feedback, negotiate contracts

Theo dõi phản hồi của khách hàng, đàm phán về hợp đồng

4. Work with technical, purchasing and material departments to ensure raw materials for production

Làm việc với các bộ phận kỹ thuật, mua hàng và vật tư để đảm bảo nguyên phụ liệu cho sản xuất

5. Work with production departments, technical teams and quality management to ensure orders are delivered on time and meet quality standards

Làm việc với các phòng sản xuất, đội kỹ thuật và quản lý chất lượng để đảm bảo đơn hàng được giao kịp thời và đạt tiêu chuẩn chất lượng

6. Calculate costs for related goods and services

Tính toán chi phí cho hàng hóa và dịch vụ liên quan

7. Report to superiors on order-related indicators

Report to superiors on order-related indicators

• Minimum 2 years in same roles
• Solid experience in sweater/ woven with manufacturing background is a MUST.
• Experience in samples development and orders follow-up
• Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical and organizational skills, flexible and detail-minded.
• Ability to work under pressure, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and meet tight timeline.
• Good command of spoken & written English.
• Have good negotiation and communication skills.
• Computer knowledge in MS Office including Word and Excel.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
• Permanent address is near factory which is a plus or willing to travel daily to work by Company's Bus or by yourself
