General Accountant (KCN Long Bình)

1. General Accounting & Manufacturing Cost Control

▪ Handle general ledger accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, fixed assets, and cost accounting.

▪ Monitor and reconcile inventory, BOM, WIP, production cost, and cost variances.

▪ Ensure accurate recording of manufacturing costs in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.

2. Month-End & Year-End Closing

▪ Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.

▪ Prepare financial statements and management reports in a timely and accurate manner.

3. Financial Reporting & Analysis

▪ Prepare periodic financial reports, cost reports, and variance analysis (actual vs budget/standard cost).

▪ Provide analysis and explanations to support management decision-making and operational performance improvement.

4. Audit & Compliance Support

▪ Prepare accounting schedules, reports, and supporting documents for internal and external audits.

▪ Ensure compliance with local regulations, accounting standards, and group reporting requirements.

5. Policies, Processes & Systems

▪ Ensure accounting activities comply with existing accounting policies and internal controls.

▪ Participate in process improvement initiatives related to accounting, costing, and financial reporting.

▪ Support ERP/system implementation or enhancement related to manufacturing accounting.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance accounting. Professional certifications or on progress ACCA, CPA are preferred.
• Over 8 years’ experience in accounting and 3 years in management role within manufacturing, FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of VAS, IFRS, Custom, Tax regulations and VAT refundable.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data with insights and trend analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaboration with various departments, external stakeholders, and levels.
• SAP or ERP experience is plus
