Monthly Reimbursement Payment Forecasting

• Provide monthly reimbursement payment forecasts for the Treasury team.
• Explain any variances between actual results and forecasts, if they occur.

Monthly Gross to Net (GTN) Analysis

• Reconcile and process reimbursement payments to distributors, handling price variances.
• Coordinate with the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team to analyze GTN variances by sales channel and SKU.
• Monitor the GTN balance sheet to control variances between accruals and actuals.

Validation of Perfect Store and CVM Bonus Results

• Validate monthly Perfect Store bonus results and quarterly CVM rebate bonuses calculated by the RGM team.
• Analyze variances between actual results and accruals.

Distributor Communication

• Act as a key contact for reimbursement issues and related topics with distributors.

Managing GTN for Two Cycles: Monthly Closing and Month-End Closing

• Coordinate time lines to collect data from relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Cross-check Net Sales In data with the Internal Business Plan (IBP) and reconcile GTN postings to ensure consistency.

Operating Expense (OPEX) Management

• Consolidate and validate monthly OPEX postings.
• Create and manage internal orders (IO) in the system.

Price Management and Provisioning Tasks

• Calculate and communicate supply prices to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely updates in SAP.
• Maintain the Master Price file.

Additional Support Tasks

• Provide monthly analysis and comments on Profit and Loss (PnL) variances compared to the prior year.
• Assist with documentation requests for internal and external audits.
• Verify prices when addendum to contracts are made.

• 3-5 years experience as Finance Analyst or General Accountant role
• Good at English
• Good motivation to learn and work under time pressure
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Good understanding of financial management systems (SAP, TM1).
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• University Bachelor, major Finance or Accounting
