Update Law & Tax, other Tax relevent matters
Register Tax invoice
Supervise Accouting dept, internal matters
Close accouting book and prepare finance statements
Report upon Chief Accountant's request
Assure compliance with regulations and laws
Closely maintains and monitors the fixed assets system
Coordinate monthly closing process and reconciliation of General Ledger accounts
Develop and implent various accouting procedures
Work with both internal & external auditors during financial and operational audits
Maintain systems of accounts and keep records on all company transactions and assets
Report, analyze and ensure integrity of all financial information
Deploy the company objectives and targets throughout organization
Continually monitor and evaluate activities of subordinates and instruct them if necessary
Create the continous improvement atmosphere to lead subordinates to achive the targets
Foresee any issue that may become urgent and set the preventive actions
Directly update to superior on urgent issues immedialtely and propose solution as required
Other responsibilities as per assignment of superiors

Bachelor degree or higher level in finance/ accounting, Chief Accoutant Certificate, or relating fields
At least 5 years experiences in similar position
Experience in internal audit accounting department
Management skill
Strong leadership and liaison skills
Seft-Motivated & organized
Good command in English (4 skills required)
Computer skill: Microsoft office
