Duties and Responsibilities:
Accounting & Data Consolidation
- Collect, review, and record accounting transactions (purchases, sales, receipts, payments, bank transactions, etc.).
- Consolidate data from different accounting functions: accounts receivable/payable, inventory, sales, expenses.
- Reconcile internal data and balances with relevant parties.
Import – Export Accounting
- Record and monitor import-related transactions, including:
- Cost of goods, freight, insurance, import duties, and VAT
- Calculate landed cost of imported goods
- Review and maintain import-export documents: Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, etc.
- Monitor receivables and payables with overseas suppliers/customers.
- Coordinate with the Import-Export/Logistics team to control documents and related costs.
Reporting & Tax
- Prepare internal financial reports on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Prepare and submit tax declarations: VAT, PIT, CIT in compliance with regulations.
- Support year-end financial statements and work with tax authorities/auditors.
Cost & Inventory Control
- Monitor and control operating expenses.
- Track inventory movement and perform periodic stock reconciliation.
- Participate in inventory and asset stocktaking.
Other Tasks
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant/Management.
