Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and implement the Agro Division’s strategy aligned with corporate objectives.

• Coordinate and provide direction to reporting Directors.

• Ensure financial efficiency, risk management, and compliance with international certifications.

Agro Sourcing Management

• Oversee policies for domestic and imported raw material sourcing.

• Approve tendering, contracting, negotiation, and logistics processes.

Agro Development

• Lead research on crop varieties, cultivation techniques, nutrition, and crop protection.

• Implement raw material development projects and achieve international certifications.

Agro Services

• Develop agricultural consulting services for farmers and partners (varieties, soil, cultivation, nutrition, crop protection).

• Promote partnerships, technology transfer, and capacity building within farming communities.

Operations & Data Governance

• Manage agricultural data systems (EO, SAP, FRM) and digital tools.

• Analyze data for forecasting, planning, and strategic decision support.

• Control budgets, receivables/payables, inventories, and overall divisional operational efficiency.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the agricultural sector, including at least 5 years in senior management roles.

• Proven experience in raw material area management, sourcing, and farmer development.

• Strong strategic thinking, results-driven mindset, and innovation capability.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple functions and build strategic partnerships.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
