Giám Đốc Kinh Doanh (Korean Sales Director)

- Xây dựng và triển khai chiến lược kinh doanh cho sản phẩm tape công nghiệp/Develop and execute business strategies for industrial tape products

- Phát triển thị trường Hàn Quốc và khách hàng FDI Hàn Quốc tại Việt Nam./Develop the Korean market and Korean FDI customers in Vietnam

- Tìm kiếm và mở rộng mạng lưới khách hàng OEM/ODM./Identify, acquire, and expand OEM/ODM customer networks.

- Đàm phán hợp đồng, chính sách giá và điều khoản thương mại./Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial terms

- Quản lý đội ngũ kinh doanh (nếu có)./Manage and develop the sales team (if applicable)

- Phối hợp với sản xuất, SCM và QA để đảm bảo giao hàng đúng tiến độ./Collaborate with Production, SCM, and QA to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction

- Theo dõi doanh số, lợi nhuận, công nợ./Monitor sales performance, profit margins, and accounts receivable.

- Báo cáo kết quả kinh doanh định kỳ cho Ban Giám đốc/Provide periodic business performance reports to the Board of Directors.

- Quốc tịch: Hàn Quốc/Nationality: Korean

- Tối thiểu 10 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành tape / Minimum 10 years of experience in the tape

- Có mạng lưới khách hàng Hàn Quốc (Samsung, LG vendors, v.v.)/Established network with Korean customers (Samsung, LG vendors, etc.)

- Am hiểu xuất nhập khẩu và chuỗi cung ứng/Strong knowledge of import–export operations and supply chain management

- Giao tiếp tốt tiếng Hàn và tiếng Anh/Proficient in Korean and English communication skills

Ưu tiên:/Preferred Qualifications

- Đã làm việc tại Việt Nam/Previous working experience in Vietnam

- Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng nhà máy mới/Experience in setting up or developing a new factory

Mức lương: Thỏa thuận /Salary: Negotiable
