We are entering a phase of rapid growth and looking for an ambitious Chief Operating Officer (COO) to help us achieve the next challenging goals. The job description is below.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company to ensure meeting set goals and operational excellence

- Prepare relevant reports for CEO and BoD

- Work closely with CEO in setting and driving company strategy, goals and action plan

- Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, operation planning, performance management, and performance improvement

- Preside over setting up and implementation of the company's system of processes and regulations

- Manage, mentor and develop key executives

- Develop and maintain relationship with key partners of the company

- Develop measures to effectively promote and enhance company culture

- Assist CEO in fund-raising and other tasks as required

- Education: University graduate or higher majoring in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Laws, Economics, v.v and related disciplines.

- Experience: Having at least 05 years of experience in a similar position

- Skills/Qualities:

• Proven experience as Chief Operating Officer or relevant role
• Solid understanding of business functions such as HR, finance, marketing, legal, sales.. etc.
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
• Hold high standard of work with excellent attention to details
• Resourceful and excellent problem solver
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
• Possess strong business sense
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Experience with startup and/or fundraising will be a BIG plus
