Giám Sát Sản Xuất/ Production Supervisor

MỤC TIÊU CÔNG VIỆC

Quản lý trực tiếp hoạt động sản xuất tại nhà xưởng, điều phối nhân sự và giám sát quy trình nhằm đảm bảo sản lượng, chất lượng và an toàn thực phẩm.

NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH

• Quản lý đội ngũ: Điều hành và dẫn dắt tổ sản xuất với quy mô ít nhất 30 nhân viên, đảm bảo kỷ luật và năng suất lao động.
• Điều phối sản xuất: Đảm bảo hoàn thành kế hoạch sản xuất đúng tiến độ, tối ưu hóa chi phí và giảm thiểu hao hụt nguyên vật liệu.
• Phối hợp bảo trì: Theo dõi tình trạng máy móc, phối hợp chặt chẽ với đội ngũ bảo trì để đảm bảo thiết bị vận hành ổn định và giảm thiểu thời gian dừng máy.
• An toàn & Tuân thủ: Duy trì môi trường làm việc sạch sẽ (5S), đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định về an toàn lao động và bảo vệ môi trường.
• Kiểm soát chất lượng: Hướng dẫn và giám sát công nhân thực hiện đúng các tiêu chuẩn an toàn thực phẩm như HACCP hoặc BRC.
• Giao tiếp & Trao đổi: Có khả năng trao đổi công việc trực tiếp với quản lý hoặc nhân sự người nước ngoài bằng tiếng Anh.
• Báo cáo: Thực hiện báo cáo tổng kết sản xuất và các báo cáo quản trị khác theo yêu cầu.

JOB PURPOSE

Directly manage factory production activities, coordinate personnel, and oversee processes to ensure output, quality, and food safety.

MAIN DUTIES

• Team Management: Lead and manage a production team of at least 30 employees, ensuring discipline and productivity.
• Production Coordination: Ensure production schedules are met on time, optimize costs, and minimize raw material waste.
• Maintenance Coordination: Monitor equipment status and collaborate closely with the maintenance team to ensure stable operations and minimize downtime.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean work environment (5S) and ensure compliance with labor safety and environmental regulations.
• Quality Control: Guide and supervise workers to strictly follow food safety standards such as HACCP or BRC.
• Communication: Capable of exchanging work-related information directly with foreign managers or staff in English.
• Reporting: Prepare production summaries and other management reports as required.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Trình độ: Tốt nghiệp Đại học các chuyên ngành Công nghệ thực phẩm, Công nghệ sinh học, Quản lý công nghiệp, Hóa học hoặc các ngành kỹ thuật liên quan đến sản xuất.
• Kinh nghiệm: Ít nhất 01 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Giám sát hoặc Tổ trưởng sản xuất tại nhà máy.
• Tiếng Anh: Trình độ giao tiếp (Có thể trao đổi, nắm bắt thông tin công việc với người nước ngoài).
• Kỹ năng: Có khả năng quản lý ít nhất 30 người, tư duy giải quyết vấn đề và làm việc độc lập dưới áp lực cao.
• Ưu tiên: Ứng viên đã có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường đạt chuẩn BRC, HACCP hoặc QA/QC.

THU NHẬP & PHÚC LỢI

Mức lương: Từ 15.000.000 VNĐ (Tùy theo năng lực khi phỏng vấn).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Industrial Management, Chemistry, or related technical manufacturing majors.
• Experience: At least 01 year of experience in a Supervisory or Production Team Leader role in a factory.
• English: Communicative level (Able to exchange and understand work-related information with foreigners).
• Skills: Ability to manage at least 30 people, problem-solving mindset, and capable of working independently under high pressure.
• Priority: Candidates with experience in BRC, HACCP, or QA/QC standards.
