· Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating the personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.

· Maintain good housekeeping at all the machines, working areas, factory premises.

· Maintain quality service by enforcing departmental standards.

· Monitor the day to day Production operation of the production facility and provide direction to the operators.

· Resolve personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; proposing action within the department. Support manufacturing processes and provide process improvements to existing products.

· Regularly check equipment to see it is in good working order.

· Update all the data regarding production in the system.

·       Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role

·       Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools

·       Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage

·       Able to speak English
