Giám sát thi công nội thất/ Interior Construction Supervisor

Job description

• Prepare submission to get construction permit from Building Management.
• Supervise finishing and interior construction on the site.
• Ensure project schedule always being on time.
• Control quality of the project.
• Avoid the risky by report and proposal solution to superior.
• Other tasks will be assigned by managers.

Job requirement 

• Age: 27 – 33 years old
• Enthusiastic and proactive.
• Well team working with orientation of resolving matters.
• No defensive and excusive attitude.
• Good computer skills at: scheduling (Excel), proposing presentation (Power Point), AutoCAD,…
• Planning skill
• Schedule management.
• Time management.
• English communication.
• At least 2 years of experience in interior/finishing construction.

(Work experience in foreign contractor company is an advantage)

• Good mindset of self conciousness planning, operation preparation.
• Logical thinking.

Compensation and benefits:

• Basic salary: 13,000,000 – 20,000,000 VND (negotiable basing on candidate’s ability)
