      Mô tả Công việc

      • Commands a mastery of the learning expectations inherent to the appropriate grade level and subject area
      • Work independently and collaboratively to design and refine curriculum (MOET, International Standards, and Secondary)
      • Monitor ongoing progress, provide timely feedback, and assess students using Managebac
      • Create a safe and purposeful learning environment where students understand they are contributing members of a larger community.
      • Develop students’ cognitive, creative, critical thinking, and reflection skills
      • Develop units of study based on the school-adopted MOET and international content standards, as well as the Secondary Curricular Framework
      • Design meaningful and relevant assessments that allow every student to demonstrate understanding.
      • Facilitate engaging, student-centered learning activities to build the skills and concepts necessary to succeed on the unit and external assessments.
      • Adapt instruction to meet specific student needs and implement intervention and enrichment opportunities as needed
      • Scaffold language development for all students
      • Consistently communicate with parents about student academic and behavioral progress per school policy.
      • Communicate, collaborate, and liaise with other school colleagues to promote social and emotional awareness within Secondary Standards and Practices
      • Maintain classroom expectations by following the school’s student disciplinary policies and procedures outlined in the student and parent handbooks
      • Attend professional development workshops as directed by supervisors and remain current with the Secondary curriculum and standards.
      • Assist in developing the school’s syllabus and learning materials as required
      • Complete student reports in Managebac that are in line with school policy.
      • Attend parent communication events as required and inform parents about their child’s performance and future targets
      • Participate in extra-curricular activities (ASA), field trips, and school events throughout the school year
      • Participate in and assist with school events as required
      • Engage in other appropriate tasks assigned by the Secondary Coordinator.

      Yêu Cầu Công Việc

      • Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Sư phạm Khoa học tự nhiên hoặc Các ngành có liên quan và có chứng chỉ nghiệp vụ sư phạm 
      • Ietls Tương đương IELTS 7.0 trở lên hoặc tương đương
      • Ít nhât 2 năm kinh nghiệm giảng dạy ở vị trí tương đương
      • Có kinh nghiệm giảng dạy chương trình IB là một lợi thế
