What You’ll Be Doing:

Sales Strategy & Revenue Execution:

• Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets and expand market presence in international regions.

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and advertising initiatives (PPC, Sponsored Ads) to drive sales and customer engagement.

• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

• Analyze sales performance data, customer behavior, and market insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates.

• Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure high ROI/ROAS across all platforms.

Platform Management & Optimization:

• Manage and optimize product listings, content, and storefronts on various platforms, with core focus on Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and eBay.

• Expand and operate sales channels on emerging platforms including Shein, Temu, and TikTok Shop US (utilizing Affiliate Center to drive sales via KOL/KOC networks).

• Ensure product information, images, and descriptions are accurate, compelling, and localized for target markets to maximize sales potential.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Generate regular reports on international e-commerce sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with purchasing, marketing, operation, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive and effective international e-commerce strategy.

• Stay updated on platform policies, international trade regulations, and industry best practices.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

• Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in E-commerce Sales, specifically with international platforms.

• Platform Expertise: Demonstrated experience with major marketplaces in the following priority: Amazon > Walmart > eBay > Shein > Temu > TikTok Shop.

• Sales Mindset: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a strong drive to hit and exceed sales targets.

• Fluent in English: Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening

• Familiar with many global platforms, online market research tools, and online marketing tools.
