1. Job Summary
Manages the company's cash flow, bank accounts, and foreign exchange transactions.
Ensures that all domestic and international payments are executed accurately, timely, and in full compliance with banking regulations and export-import policies.
2. Key Responsibilities
Cash & Bank Management
Manage daily cash on hand and bank balances (VND and foreign currencies).
Perform bank transactions: domestic transfers, international payments (T/T, L/C, D/P, CAD), and foreign currency conversions.
Maintain accurate records of bank guarantees and credit limits.
Conduct daily and monthly cash counts and bank reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
Transaction Processing & Compliance
Review and verify the validity of payment requests and supporting documents
Work closely with banks to handle export-related documents and ensure timely collection of export proceeds.
Monitor exchange rate fluctuations to provide data for cost optimization.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports.
Maintain a systematic and secure filing system for all treasury-related documents.
Assist in internal and external audits regarding cash and bank cycles.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Banking.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Treasury, Cashier, or Payment
Accounting. Preference for candidates from Export-Import or Logistics companies.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of foreign exchange management regulations and international payment methods.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and integrated software (SAP, or similar).
Soft Skills: High integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Language: Good command of written and spoken English (specializing in finance/ trade).
