Manage the execution of finance-driven projects and initiatives across the Group, with a focus on process improvement, standardization, and digital transformation.
Collaborate with finance teams and cross-functional stakeholders to review and assess existing financial policies and processes identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements, automation, and standardization.
Develop, update, and maintain Group-level financial Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, operational relevance, compliance, and alignment across all Business Units.
Identify financial processes that can benefit from system-based solutions and take ownership in defining business requirements to support system implementation, enhancement, and automation initiatives.
Manage changes related to policy, process, and system updates by creating user manuals, guidance materials, and training sessions; actively engage with end-users to gather feedback for continuous improvement and successful adoption.
2/ Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Management:
Act as the Finance lead for the ERP system overseeing financial system design, development, enhancement, and integration with other key business systems. Responsibilities include both project management and functional leadership to ensure that ERP solutions effectively support the Group’s financial operations.
Take ownership of ERP-related projects by performing the role of Project Manager, including planning, execution, and closing activities ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Gather, define, and analyze business requirements through close engagement with finance function leads ensuring alignment between system capabilities and operational needs.
Coordinate with the internal ERP team and external implementation partners to identify and evaluate solutions that meet financial and operational requirements.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by assisting with test planning, execution, and issue resolution to ensure quality system enhancements and new features.
Collaborate with the ERP team to prepare for go-live activities including user training sessions, deployment planning, and development of user manuals and support materials.
3/ Financial Systems Support
Serve as the key finance contact for financial-related processes in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Operating Management Systems (OMS) ensuring that financial requirements are accurately captured, implemented, and aligned with business operations.
Collaborate with commercial teams to understand financial implications of commercial and customer management processes facilitating clear and consistent communication between Finance, Commercial, and other stakeholders.
Oversee financial functionalities in OMS, ensuring that data flows and process designs align with Finance and Operations requirements, enabling accurate reporting, cost control, and margin analysis.
Manage system-related finance tasks, including defining business requirements, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and preparing for go-live. Provide financial guidance on system usage, data interpretation, and ensure adherence to best practices in financial processes.

Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience;
Major Subject: Finance / Accounting & Auditing / Economics;
Strong project management and changing management skills
Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to stakeholders at all levels
Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
Result oriented and creative when designing/finding solutions
Experience in system enhancement, SOP set-up and improvement and change management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with external parties.
Internal Communication Required: must be able to adapt communication style to different audiences, from technical team members to business users.
