Propose improvement activities and projects to optimize operations and enhance the customer experience.
· Improve existing systems.
· Improve or propose the development of processes to ensure Vaccination Centers operate more professionally and meet practical needs.
· Enhance the customer experience through after-sales activities.
Organize the implementation of, and report on, improvement activities and projects.
· Plan, or coordinate with relevant departments to plan, the execution of improvement activities and projects.
· Receive, process, and record feedback from Vaccination Centers to synthesize, research, and propose appropriate adjustments or changes to meet practical needs at the centers.
· Support in receiving and processing requests from Vaccination Centers.
Train and coach staff.
· Maintain and develop the team over time through the recruitment, selection, orientation, and training of employees.
· Take responsibility for guiding, supervising, and evaluating employee performance to ensure established goals and plans are met.
Perform other tasks and duties as requested by management.
· Bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in Economics, Business Administration, or Medicine/Pharmacy.
· Preference will be given to candidates with over 2 years of experience in business, growth, or data analysis at pharmaceutical distribution corporations, vaccination centers, retail chains, or pharmaceutical/vaccine companies.
· Knowledge of the operational management processes for vaccination center systems.
· Proficient in office computer skills (Proficiency in Excel is required; knowledge of Power BI is a plus).
· Good English communication skills.
· Ability to identify, analyze, evaluate, and make improvement proposals that align with current conditions and market demands.
