Growth Marketing Executive (AI Products)

Autonomous has spent years building products for people who work at a desk every day, from standing desks and ergonomic chairs to office pods used by teams around the world.

We are now building a new generation of AI hardware for the workspace: products like Intern 2, Harness, Thinking Desk, Key, Hydrate, Soul, Lamp, and Grid. They range from local AI agent devices to smarter desk experiences, focus tools, and private AI infrastructure.

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Executive who can help introduce these products to the right audience, shape the story around them, and turn early curiosity into real traction.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role, not a planning-only marketing job.

You will work close to product, design, and engineering to understand what we are building, then turn that into campaigns, content, launch materials, community ideas, and growth experiments.

A good fit is someone who can write clearly, move quickly, notice what people care about, and keep improving based on realfeedback instead of waiting for a perfect brief.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and run campaigns across social, content, community, and digital channels.
• Find strong product angles for launches, landing pages, ads, posts, emails, and community conversations.
• Work with designers to turn ideas into campaign assets that are clear, useful, and on-brand.
• Follow the numbers after launch, understand what worked, and improve the next round.
• Keep an eye on customer feedback, market movement, and how people are adopting AI tools in real work.

Requirements

• 1+ year in marketing, growth, brand, product marketing, content, or a similar role.
• Strong English writing sense. You can explain a product simply without making it sound generic.
• Good taste in content and a practical understanding of social media trends, especially for US audiences.
• Comfortable looking at numbers and using them to decide what to test next.
• Curious about AI products and already using AI tools in your own work.
