SVI là một trung tâm nghiên cứu và hợp tác đa lĩnh vực, được thành lập dưới hình thức doanh nghiệp xã hội theo quy định của luật pháp Việt Nam. Công ty được thiết kế để tạo điều kiện thuận lợi và củng cố sự trao đổi tư duy và sáng tạo giữa các nhà nghiên cứu, học giả, và cộng đồng nói chung của Úc và Việt Nam.

SVI is a multidisciplinary research and engagement hub established as a social enterprise under the laws of Vietnam. It is designed to facilitate and strengthen intellectual and creative exchange between Australian and Vietnamese researchers, academics and the broader community.

Mô tả vị trí/Job Description:

Thực tập sinh Dữ liệu nghiên cứu hỗ trợ nhóm Quản lý dữ liệu trong việc làm sạch số liệu nghiên cứu; rà soát và khử định danh các thông tin nhận dạng cá nhân hiển thị trên hình ảnh X-quang; đồng thời đặt tên, phân loại và sắp xếp tệp theo quy chuẩn của dự án. Vị trí này làm việc dưới sự hướng dẫn trực tiếp của Quản lý Dữ liệu và phải tuân thủ các yêu cầu về bảo mật, quyền riêng tư và quản lý dữ liệu nghiên cứu.

The Research Data Intern will support the Data Management team in cleaning research data; reviewing and de-identifying personally identifiable information displayed on X-ray images; and naming, classifying, and organizing files in accordance with project standards. The intern will work under the direct supervision of the Data Manager and must comply with research data confidentiality, privacy, and management requirements.

Nhiệm vụ và trách nhiệm/Duties and Responsibilities:

1.     Nhiệm vụ chính/Key Responsibilities

• Rà soát hình ảnh X-quang và thực hiện khử định danh các thông tin nhận dạng cá nhân hiển thị trên hình ảnh hoặc trong tên tệp theo quy trình được phê duyệt; không làm thay đổi nội dung chuyên môn của hình ảnh./Review X-ray images and de-identify personally identifiable information displayed on the images or included in file names in accordance with approved procedures, without altering the clinical content of the images.
• Đặt tên tệp theo quy ước của dự án, phân loại và sắp xếp tệp vào đúng cấu trúc thư mục; kiểm tra tính đầy đủ, khả năng truy xuất và sự thống nhất giữa tệp hình ảnh với danh mục theo dõi./Name files according to project conventions, classify and organize them within the approved folder structure, and check completeness, retrievability, and consistency between image files and tracking logs.

2.     Tuân thủ và các nhiệm vụ khác/Compliance and Other Duties

• Tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các quy định về bảo mật, quyền riêng tư, kiểm soát truy cập và xử lý dữ liệu; không sao chép, chia sẻ hoặc lưu dữ liệu nghiên cứu ngoài hệ thống được phê duyệt./Strictly comply with confidentiality, privacy, access control, and data handling requirements; do not copy, share, or store research data outside approved systems.

​Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm làm việc/Skills and Work Experience:

• Sinh viên hoặc mới tốt nghiệp cao đẳng/đại học/Current college/university student or recent graduate.

• Có khả năng làm việc cẩn thận với các tệp dữ liệu hình ảnh và cấu trúc thư mục./Ability to work carefully with image data files and folder structures.

• Chú ý đến chi tiết, làm việc có hệ thống và có khả năng tuân thủ chính xác hướng dẫn, quy ước đặt tên tệp và quy trình kiểm soát chất lượng./Strong attention to detail, a systematic working style, and the ability to follow instructions, file-naming conventions, and quality-control procedures accurately.

• Có ý thức bảo mật và trách nhiệm khi xử lý dữ liệu nghiên cứu; sẵn sàng học hỏi các quy trình làm sạch dữ liệu và khử định danh hình ảnh./Demonstrated awareness of confidentiality and responsibility when handling research data, with willingness to learn data-cleaning and image de-identification procedures.

• Có máy tính xách tay./Must have a laptop.​

Khi nộp đơn ứng tuyển, ứng viên hiểu và đồng ý cho phép SVI lưu trữ các dữ liệu cá nhân trong CV cả trong và sau quá trình phỏng vấn, tuyển dụng để xây dựng nguồn ứng viên tiềm năng cho các vị trí tuyển dụng tiếp theo./The collection and processing of candidates’ personal data is a prerequisite for SVI to conduct its recruitment procedures. By submitting an application, candidates acknowledge and consent to SVI’s storage of the personal data contained in their CV, both during and after the interview and recruitment process, for the purpose of building and maintaining a talent pool for future hiring needs.
