[HẢI PHÒNG] JUNIOR CHIEF WAREHOUSE

- Supervise daily warehouse tasks such as: receive, storage and packing into container.

- Make sure warehouse operate stringently, exactly according to the MOL Logistics procedure with MOL’s goods, SOP procedure from clients; contribute ideas for improving procedure.

- Record, evaluate the procedure about deliver/factory/sender and inform to MOL Logistics Customer Service Department timely for update and adjustment right now.

- Manage employees in warehouse (Data input, Tally, Counter Forklift worker…) and collaborate with Customer Service Department to solve problem occurred in receiving, storage and packing into container.

- Synthetic plans about receiving/packing goods, update information and consult the solutions for Customer Service Department.

- Attendant meetings related to KPI and audit security, safety in warehouse according to C-TPAT of MOL Logistics.

- Report to Warehouse Chief about warehouse’s works (KPI, procedure, facilities, customer care, implementation of factory/supplier, VGM…) weekly, monthly.

-      Male, graduate from University

-      Have experience from 2 – 3 years as warehouse supervisor, management member (priority in working Japanese company)

-      Having the warehouse operation experience (tally, Fork, data input etc)

-      Be careful, responsible in work, hardworking, high discipline

-      Good at English and Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)

-      Have communication skill accurately and timely.

-      Have under high pressure in work.

-      Working time: 8:00 - 17:30 from Monday to Morning Saturday; 2nd shift - 14:00~22:00

-      Workplace: Service area at the end of Dinh Vu line, Dong Hai II Ward, Hai An District, Hai Phong City
