[HCM] Chuyên viên hỗ trợ khối vận hành - Store Operation Executive (Non-sales Improvement)

1. Service improvement (30%)

• Survey competitors & looking for new service to increase customer experiences & satisfaction
• Applying technology in serving customers

2.Working Condition Improvement (30%)

• Observe and suggest improvements in the working process to make work more efficient
• Provide tool and equipment to improve the working way
• Organize exams and qualify skill certificates for CS/cashier Trainer
• System Improvement
• Learn, work with the relevant department to adjust or build the process
• Understanding the market and competitors to grow technology, digitally at work
• Implement projects to improve store-side operations, improve labor efficiency, increase customer experience

3.Standardize procedure (20%)

• Make the Operation flow and training content
• Make the procedure
• Improve all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
• Update new flows, information

4.Support (20%)

• Co-operate with related department to make the plan and Organize the contest, skill test.
• New store opening: modify, Update training document, Organize the training class, make to do list etc.
• Other tasks or responsibilities as assign by store operation Deputy Manager.
• Daily work, work arising from the store side, Other depts.

• College degree
• Prefer 3 years experience in Cashier, CS
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Good communication skill
• Abilities to use Computer, Office programs and Database
• Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks
• Be able to go business if needed
