[HCM] Giám sát bán hàng kênh khách hàng trọng điểm - Gián tiếp (Sales Supervisor - Modern Trade)

JOB SUMMARY

• Manage key accounts to deliver customer services & build good relationship with customer to explore new opportunities.
• Acquire new key accounts in assigned areas

KEY DUTIES

Account Development

• Acquire new local KA (Off channel- Supermarket, CVS)
• Plan marketing activity calendar with customers to execute in outlet activities
• Manage distribution & availability
• Update information of customers

Order generation

• Achieved Sales target
• Monitor volume growth
• Resolve customer complaints

Instore execution & Asset Management

• Manage implementation of Channel plans as per defined PicOS
• Manage & align on contract & activation plan
• Manage & align company's assets compliance in the outlet execution plan

People development

• Recruit & select sales staff
• Train & coach staff
• Maintain staff discipline

-      Intermediate Certificate/ Associate Degree/ University/ Bachelor’s degree

-      At least 3 year's experience in FMCG

-      Planning & problem solving skill; Interpersonal skill                            

-      Basic computer skill: Word, Excel, Powerpoint                                                  

-      Result- oriented                                                      

-      Financial understanding                                                  

-      Basic understand on shopper marketing
