Mô tả Công việc

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that strengthen brand visibility, market presence, and consumer engagement across ATL, BTL, and Digital channels.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring clear direction, effective coordination, and synergy between Trade and Digital functions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Retail, and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and sales initiatives.
  • Oversee campaign execution across all channels, including media planning, trade promotions, digital engagement, and nationwide activation programs.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic adjustments and ensure marketing relevance and competitiveness.
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective and ROI-driven campaign execution.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with agencies, vendors, and key stakeholders to enhance brand presence and campaign delivery quality.
  • Conduct regular field visits to evaluate campaign implementation, gather insights, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Measure the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations for future strategies.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering professional growth and enhancing overall team performance.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in general marketing/ sales with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Experience in executing trade marketing campaigns and POSM management.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG, retail, or lottery industry dynamics.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and sales performance tracking tools.
  • Leadership and team management.
  • Strategic trade marketing planning and execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Relationship-building with retailers and distribution partners.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
