Mô tả Công việc

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance market presence and brand visibility
  • Lead and manage the trade marketing team to effectively execute BTL (Below-The-Line) campaigns and coordinate ATL (Above-The-Line) activities for maximum impact
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Retail teams to optimize in-store visibility and promotional efforts
  • Plan and oversee trade marketing initiatives, including POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) production, merchandising strategies, and in-store activations
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to continuously refine and optimize trade marketing strategies
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective and ROI-driven campaign execution
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with retailers, vendors, and key stakeholders to strengthen distribution networks
  • Conduct regular field visits to evaluate campaign implementation, gather insights, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Measure the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations for future strategies.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering professional growth and enhancing overall team performance.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or retail marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proficient in English
  • Strong understanding of FMCG, retail, or lottery industry dynamics
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and sales performance tracking tools
  • Experience in executing trade marketing campaigns and POSM management
  • Leadership and team management
  • Strategic trade marketing planning and execution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Relationship-building with retailers and distribution partners
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
