Main duties
- Monthly in charge of making the reports of WAON program activities, including payment, customer voice,...
- Working with related departments to prepare the training, and announcement about new/update point campaign
- Collaborate with another department to prepare the operation flow of assigned projects.
Clerical and Administrative support
- Support in setting and implementing WAON programs, and operation plans as guided by the general manager
- Archive documents, dispatches, and records.
- Cooperate with other Depts and vendors to enhance operation flow

Rules and Regulations: Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.

Other duties
- Support company events or team activities.
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by direct manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• University degree
• Having experience in Operation, Marketing, E-commerce platform, retail will be priority
• Good command of spoken and written English.
