(HCM) Sales Admin (Toys/ Furniture Testing Services) (8 months Temporary)

- Receive enquiries via phone calls and emails, and response promptly

- Making quotations and Sales contracts

- Support Sales preparing meetings and seminars

- Coordinate with Customer Service to monitor client’s revenue and performance

- Receive and distribute incoming emails to the appropriate divisions

- Other tasks that may be required by superiors

- Back up sales when sales taking leave for quoting and take care client via phone

- University or College Graduation.

- English: Intermediate level or higher (All 4 Skills)

- Good communication skill

- MS Office (Work, Excel and PowerPoint)

- Be able to work under stressful pressure

- At least 1-year experience
