Job Summary – Duties and Responsibilities:

1/ IMPORT :

· Check import shipping documents for import shipments

· Follow up import shipping schedule

· Prepare documents for sending to Dragon to prepare import customs declaration sheet.

· Check draft Import Customs declaration sheet receiving from Dragon

· Prepare and check final set of import Customs declaration sheet

· Check warehouse arrival status of import shipments

· Prepare finalized report on processing and exporting products

· Recording import shipping documents in book file

· Update import shipment list in soft file

2/ EXPORT:

• Preparing Proforma invoice and checking L/C application for shipments
• Consulting and cooperating with Planning team and Global team for developing new market
• Get draft packing list from Factory and prepare shipping documents
• Prepare draft customs declaration sheet and send documents to Dragon for declare with the Customs on export shipments
• Arrange and inform the ex-warehouse schedule for export shipments
• Prepare final Set of customs declaration sheet for export shipments
• Send details of shipments and check Bill of Lading, Insurance policy
• Prepare and check documents for applying CO for export shipments
• Send final documents and inform the shipping schedule of shipments to Consignee
• Collect final documents and send all original ones to consignee
• Recording export shipping documents in book file
• Update export shipment lists in soft file

3/ Other jobs:

· Declare import-export insurance for import shipments

· Check import insurance calculation

- Female, at least 1~2 years of experience.

- Educational background relating to Foreign trade, Logistics, Supply chain, International business...

- Good at English

- Proficiency in common office computing (Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook ...)
- Ability to organize, analyze the work, solve problems well.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
