Mô tả Công việc

  1. Market research, marketing strategy development, and budget planning.
  2. Planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to interactive channels (Email, SMS, ZNS, etc.), search engine platforms (Search Engines), social media (Paid Social), affiliate marketing platforms (Affiliate), and other display channels (Display Ads).
  3. Monitoring, researching, and analyzing trends, keywords, products, customer experiences/journeys, and technologies. Conducting experiments (A/B testing, Multivariate Experiments, etc.) and implementing necessary changes and adjustments to optimize the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, aiming to achieve and exceed set objectives (OKRs, KPIs).
  4. Timely measuring and reporting the effectiveness of implemented digital marketing campaigns.
  5. Developing and operating tools to facilitate the implementation, monitoring, measurement, analysis, and reporting of digital marketing campaigns (CMS, GA, Insider, AppsFlyer, etc.).
  6. Driving Data-driven communication strategies to boots performance across Digital sales channels (esp.through CAPP)
  7. Enabling foundational support for Digital Sales to go to market with XPass

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Graduate university.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. Candidates with experience working at Digital Marketing Agencies and/or Financial Companies, Banks, E-commerce, and xTech (FinTech/InsuTech/AdTech/EduTech, HealthTech, etc.) will be given priority.
  • Strong analytical skills, data analysis, and decision-making.
  • Experience in implementing experiments (A/B testing, Multivariate Experiments, etc.).
  • Solid understanding and proficiency in tools used for the implementation, monitoring, measurement, analysis, and reporting of digital marketing campaigns (CMS, GA, Insider, AppsFlyer, etc.).
  • Proficient knowledge and use of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for specialized tasks.
  • Proven responsibility, creativity, result-oriented mindset, and high teamwork spirit.
