Mô tả Công việc

  • Manage schedule, status, follow work related in the Department

  • Manage manpower include induction, training, coaching Team/ Department's Staff

  • Main person to report to GD and coordinate with HQ if need to handle work matter

  • Cooperate effectively with cross-functional Department, especially with accounting and logistics to ensure receivables and delivery of products is managed.

  • Lead and motivate a team of business focusing

  • Maintain consistency of reporting and system use

  • Other tasks assigned by GD

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-         An effectively and smoothly run business compliance with VN legal requirement

-        Comprehensive reports on time

-        Feasibility studies, business analysis on projects/ ventures

-        Advice on Operation policy to BOD

-        Sound budget projection and control of expenses compliance/ legality enhancement

-        Support BOD in development of internal audit function to improve the system of internal controls to monitor and manage risks, and recommend to BOD for necessary changes

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:

-        Bachelor or Master degree

-        Have equivalent qualification on elevator/ escalator.

EXPERIENCE:

-        At least 5 years of experience in Management level (Team Leader or HOD) of Project Management in Elevator/Escalator field

TECHNICAL & PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE: In-depth knowledge and understanding of:

-          Budgeting, planning and statutory reporting

-          Cost Management

-          Good working knowledge of sales systems.

-          Good command of English

-          Good EL/ES knowledge, Technical background

GENERAL COMPETENCIES & SKILLS REQUIRED

-          Strategic Thinking

-          Influencing and Impact

-          Managing and motivating a team

-          Project management

-          Strong communication skill

-          Good networking, good contacts and relations with related authorities
