HEAD OF FINANCE – INVESTOR RELATIONS DEVELOPMENT

With the role of Head of Finance – Investor Relations Development, you will be a key figure in shaping the capital strategy and expanding the strategic financial network for the company during a period of strong growth.

You will not only manage investor relations activities but also lead capital raising deals, financial structuring, and work directly with senior management, investment funds, and financial institutions both domestically and internationally. Additionally, you will build and lead a dynamic financial team, ready to implement capital raising initiatives and optimize funding for large-scale projects.

This position is for a strong financial leader with strategic thinking, high-level negotiation skills, and the ability to develop a sustainable investment ecosystem for a business operating in the green energy sector.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Management:

   • Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy.

   • Ensure that the investor relations strategy aligns with the company’s financial and business strategy.

   • Advise the leadership team on the impact of market views and investor community actions.

2. Communication:

   • Serve as the main point of contact for analysts, investors, and shareholders.

   • Prepare and present financial trends, shareholder concerns, and other matters to the leadership team and board of directors.

   • Manage the production of annual reports and filings with regulatory bodies.

   • Organize conference calls, investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences.

3. Financial Reporting:

   • Oversee the quarterly earnings release process, including organizing calls and preparing statements for leadership.

4. Regulatory Compliance:

   • Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to investor relations activities.

   • Keep up to date with regulatory changes and best practices in investor relations.

5. Investor Engagement:

   • Build and maintain strong relationships with the investment community.

   • Respond promptly and accurately to investor and analyst inquiries.

   • Educate and inform investors, ensuring consistent messaging.

6. Market Intelligence:

   • Monitor operational changes through regular contact with the company’s management and develop investor relations messages based on these changes.

   • Perform comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiators.

   • Track analysts’ reports and summarize them for senior leadership.

7. Crisis Management:

   • Provide feedback to management on the investor community's views on how the company is being managed and its financial results.

   • Assist in managing potential crisis situations related to investor relations.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience: At least 7 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or M&A.
Skills:

• Proven track record in financial negotiation, managing stakeholders, and executing deals.

• Deep understanding of investment strategy, financial models, and valuation techniques.

• Experience working with international financial institutions and legal frameworks.

• Strong project management skills, including leading due diligence processes and financial risk assessments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.

• Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines, demonstrating strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
