Supply Chain Strategy & Governance
Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute a multi-year supply chain strategy and roadmap aligned with VIGO's growth, product innovation and market expansion plans; translate business targets into clear supply chain KPIs, budgets and investment cases.
End-to-End Ownership: Take full accountability for the end-to-end flow from demand planning, sourcing and procurement to warehousing, delivery and returns; define governance, decision rights and escalation mechanisms across the function.
Business Partnership: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Quality/Regulatory and Product teams at leadership level; position supply chain as a growth and profitability lever, not only a cost center.
Portfolio Strategy
Segment the brand portfolio into distinct supply strategies by product life cycle (PLC) stage and channel.
Set inventory policy, service level and cost-to-serve for each segment; drive SKU rationalization and SLOB reduction.
Run launch readiness as a stage-gate, from early forecast and supplier qualification to first-batch release and post-launch review.
Integrated Planning & Inventory Management
IBP: Design and lead Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle, supported by a weekly demand-supply review, to align sales, marketing, finance and supply into one consensus plan.
Demand & Supply Planning: Build advanced demand forecasting and scenario planning (new product launches, promotions, seasonality) using statistical models and AI/ML tools; achieve target forecast accuracy and service levels.
Inventory & Working Capital: Optimize inventory policies (safety stock, ABC/XYZ segmentation, shelf-life and expiry control using FEFO) to balance availability, service level and working capital; reduce slow-moving, obsolete and expired stock.
Warehouse, Logistics & Fulfillment
Warehouse Operations: Oversee warehouse and inventory operations (inbound, storage, picking, packing, cycle counts) to ensure accuracy, safety and compliance with product storage standards, including temperature-controlled storage where applicable.
Logistics Network & Cost: Design and optimize the distribution network, transportation modes and 3PL/last-mile partners; negotiate and manage logistics contracts to improve cost-to-serve, speed and reliability.
Omnichannel Fulfillment: Enable seamless fulfillment across B2B, retail, distributor and e-commerce channels, including reverse logistics and returns; ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery and an excellent customer experience.
Digital Transformation & Enterprise Architecture
Design the target Supply Chain architecture across capability, process, data and system layers, without building parallel systems.
Build a single source of truth for Demand, Supply and Finance: master data governance and centralized dashboards.
Introduce forecasting models, early-warning alerts and workflow automation.
Supplier management & Customer Service Management
Supplier management & Partner Performance: Establish supplier segmentation, scorecards, SLAs and regular business reviews for both merchandise suppliers and logistics/delivery service providers; drive collaboration on innovation, sustainability and cost.
Customer Service: Own service-level commitments (OTIF, fill rate, order cycle time, complaint resolution) and work with Sales and distributors to deliver goods that meet quality standards and arrive on schedule.
Risk, Quality & Compliance
Risk & Resilience: Build a supply chain risk management framework with early-warning indicators, scenario simulations and business continuity plans to manage disruptions, supplier dependency, price volatility and geopolitical events.
Regulatory & Quality Compliance: Ensure compliance with Vietnamese and international regulations on import/export, customs, product registration, quality and traceability; partner with QA/Regulatory to safeguard product quality and integrity.
Sustainability & Data Security: Integrate ESG and sustainable practices (packaging, waste, carbon-aware logistics) into sourcing and logistics decisions; protect the security and integrity of supply chain data and systems.
