I. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Production & Technical Management
Overall management and responsibility for production processes, production routing, and change control.
Manage operation of machinery and equipment to ensure stable and efficient production.
Plan, organize, and control departmental activities in line with production targets.
2. Organization & People Management
Report directly to the Workshop/Plant Manager and manage Team Leaders.
Work closely with related departments such as Manufacturing (MFG), Quality Control (QC), Logistics (LOG), QE, SQ, Engineering departments of other plants, and institutes to achieve common goals.
Drive and support operational and technical activities to meet or exceed assigned objectives and plans.
Build effective working relationships with Operations, Maintenance, and Process Engineering teams to deliver optimal results.
Select, train, develop, and motivate team members to ensure effective execution of departmental activities.
3. System & Financial Management
Manage production routing and departmental budget.
Implement and manage 6S/6M (or 6S/6 Sigma, as applicable) activities.
Effectively operate and manage systems such as SAP, MES, PLM, and other related systems.
4. Other Responsibilities
Conduct training for employees as required.
Communicate and implement company policies, rules, and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education & Professional Background
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Major in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or related technical fields.
2. Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a production/technical department in manufacturing plants (industrial, automotive, motorcycle, etc.).
Strong management mindset with solid leadership and organizational skills.
Good knowledge and hands-on experience with IATF 16949 quality management system, including APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and PPAP.
3. Skills
Strong team management and team-building skills.
Proficient in SAP, MES, Teamcenter, or similar systems.
Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Proactive, flexible, and willing to take on assigned tasks.
