Mô tả Công việc

Store Manager (Cửa hàng trưởng) – balabala Lotte West Lake

A. Business Management

  • Responsible for developing and implementing practical plans to achieve the retail store’s business goals; execute, monitor, and meet sales targets.

  • Analyze business data/information and propose appropriate solutions to develop or improve performance indicators.

B. Product / Store Image Management

  • Ensure that store design and layout comply with company guidelines.

  • Responsible for planning weekly/monthly/quarterly sales activities and developing the store’s image.

  • Manage and control store inventory effectively.

C. Human Resource Management

  • Train sales staff: Understand the importance of sales training and coaching to achieve company revenue targets.

  • Plan and allocate tasks efficiently within the store to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Handle personnel issues, foster teamwork, and create a positive and productive working environment.

  • Participate in the recruitment process for store staff.

D. Customer Service

  • Strictly comply with the company’s customer service policies at the store level.

  • Resolve and manage customer service issues to ensure customer rights and satisfaction.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Good at English communication skills and a well-groomed appearance.

  • Preferably with 3-5 years of experience in retail store management in the fashion industry (men’s, women’s, or children’s fashion, etc.).

  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally.

  • Proficient in office software.

  • Logical thinking with sharp business acumen.

  • Passionate about fashion and sales; energetic and proactive.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Curious, courageous, creative, and able to work well in a team.
