[HO] - CORPORATE CULTURE & EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE SENIOR SPECIALIST

• Plan and organize programs/activities related to Corporate Culture, Internal Communication, and Employee Experience to help employees better understand Bank’s direction and experience Shinhan’s Corporate Culture and values.
• Act as a trainer in internal training sessions to deliver and promote Shinhan’s Corporate Culture and values to employees.
• Develop and promote Shinhan’s Corporate Culture to create a positive & effective working environment, improve communication, and strengthen teamwork among employees.
• Organize internal events and employee activities.

• At least 4 – 5 years of experience in Corporate Culture, Employee Engagement, Internal Communication, or event operation
•  Good planning, organization, and event management skills
• Good presentation and public speaking skills. Fluent in both English and Vietnamese communication
• Strong content writing skills and a creative mindset in developing content
• Energetic, proactive, creative, and detail-oriented. Passionate about Corporate Culture, Employee Experience, and Employee Engagement activities

Ø  Basic Canva, or video editing skills are a plus
