[HO] MIS - KPI REPORTING

Responsibilities include:

· Develop and establish KPI Scheme for Branches, Head Office departments

· Set up KPI Target baselines based on KPI Scheme

· Conduct KPI result periodically to evaluate Branches Performance

· Perform reporting and data analysis duties to monitor and track the performance of the whole bank

· Provide ad-hoc support Branches for verifying KPI index results

· Conduct ad-hoc analysis on new products and customer performance

· Other additional support tasks for Branches and Head office departments.

Requirement include:
