Quotation and Purchase Order Management: Prepare and process quotations accurately and efficiently. Manage the creation and tracking of purchase orders, ensuring alignment with customer requests and internal procedures.
Export Business Control: Oversee and ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements. Coordinate with relevant parties to facilitate smooth export processes.
Delivery Control: Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers. Address any delivery-related issues proactively.
Invoice & Payment Processing: Generate and manage invoices accurately. Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain organized payment records.
Quality Control/Trouble Report Handling: Assist in quality control processes and documentation. Investigate and report any quality issues or customer complaints, and contribute to finding effective solutions.
Inventory Planning: Support inventory planning activities by providing relevant data and insights to ensure optimal stock levels.
Administration & Ad-hoc Tasks: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and report generation. Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
