Job description:
- Build and develop the Annual Action Plan for Engineering Department.
- Build periodic task checklists (annual/quarterly/monthly):
- Plan for Periodic maintenance and repair checklist
- Plan for Large-scale repair and infrastructure renovation
- Plan for Training
- Engineering system operations:
- Build operational standards for entire engineering system, set up operating schedules for equipment and systems
- Deploy personnel and supervise system operations in accordance with set standards
- Large-scale repair and maintenance:
- Develop and control maintenance manuals and engine room and equipment profiles
- Deploy personnel and supervise periodic maintenance and repair checklists and large-scale repair checklists
- System and infrastructure renovation:
- Deploy personnel and supervise renovations per approved proposal(s)
- Offer suggestions on design and partake in approving designs from contractors; provide cost estimation to be submitted for approval
- New projects: Coordinate and inspect construction and engineering projects from Construction Company and contractors prior to acceptance for operations.
- Safety and environmental concerns:
- Control and ensure safety and stability level of system, including: electricity safety, fire and explosive hazards, and other safety concerns that have a direct effect on system operations or end-users. Perform periodic inspections of system per governmental regulations
- Manage and ensure that all fire safety and emergency response systems are always on stand-by and of good functional status
- Manage and ensure good standing of property on environmental safety and eco-friendly issues per company and governmental regulations
- Organize and coordinate for periodic asset/inventory audit
- Supervision over and assistance to other departments, tenants, and contractors on issues relating to engineering system/infrastructure of property:
- Provide consultation and assistance based on engineering expertise
- Evaluate/approve design, blueprint, and modus operandi of contractors
- Supervise project deployment of contractors on property to ensure compliance with approved design and blueprints, work safety, and deployment timeline
- Provide engineering and technical support to functions and events
- Management of engineering files and blueprints of both property and tenants on property
- Other task: administrative & general responsibilities
** BENEFIT:
- University degree, major in engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in hotels domestically and internationally.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Good management & training skills.
- Good analytical and synthesis skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Planning, organizing and supervising work implementation.
- Read and translate technical documents in English.
- Proficient in office computer (Microsoft Office), autocad software.
- Other foreign languages are an advantage.
