Responsibilities
Exploit company data and data from Membership program, perform organizational requirements, organize and query data according to job requirements
1. Main duties: (75%)
- Analyze, evaluate data sources to develop, deploy and operate solutions for companies based on big data platforms
- Cooperate with other departments (Customer service, Operations, Merchandising) for jobs related to data analysis and query data
- Participate in Mobile App projects to improve and analyze CSTM behavior, advise for MKT action
- Cooperate with IT Team, COM & Digital team, Strategic team to provide appropriate data and collect necessary data
- Monthly/Quarterly statistics and reports of company performance based on collected data
- Build up Report template which appropriate with Company or Marketing report. Build and optimize data platforms and systems (e.g., Power BI) to enhance work efficiency, enabling faster reporting and real-time tracking
- Accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Contribute to develop marketing plans and strategies. Derive insights from data and collaborate with the Event team to follow up on campaigns, track performance metrics, and evaluate
2. Rules and Regulations (10%)
- Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
3. Other duties (15%)
- Support company events or team activities.
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Deputy Marketing Manager.
