· Lead and coordinate day-to-day HR & Administration operations to ensure smooth support for employees and business operations.
· Handle Employee Relations (ER/IR) matters, including employee inquiries, workplace issues, disciplinary processes and related HR documentation in compliance with company policies and Vietnam labor regulations.
· Coordinate Compensation & Benefits activities and review attendance, leave, overtime, employee benefits and payroll-related inputs; work closely with the HR team on monthly payroll operations.
· Coordinate and support recruitment activities for Direct Labor (DL) and Indirect Labor (IDL) based on manpower requirements.
· Maintain and oversee employee data in the HRIS system (Mywave) and ensure HR records and personnel files are accurate and up to date.
· Prepare and consolidate HR analytics, regular HR reports and management reports as required.
· Support and coordinate annual performance appraisal and related follow-up activities.
· Coordinate Learning & Development activities, including training arrangements, records and follow-up.
· Support Talent Management activities and employee development initiatives as assigned.
· Coordinate ESG initiatives, employee engagement activities and related reporting.
· Support company branding and employer branding activities in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
· Handle expatriate management, including work permits, visas, temporary residence cards and other employment/immigration-related documentation.
· Manage and coordinate transportation and accommodation arrangements for expatriates, employees and business visitors.
· Oversee general Administration activities, including office/factory administrative services, facilities support, supplies and vendor coordination.
· Review and verify HR & Admin invoices, expenses and supporting documents before payment submission.
· Handle and coordinate assigned SAP transactions related to HR & Administration and ensure proper documentation.
· Liaise with internal departments, employees, vendors and external service providers on HR & Administration matters.
· Act as the key HR & Admin contact for assigned operational matters during the maternity cover period.
· Perform other HR & Administration duties as assigned
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
· Minimum 5 years of relevant HR & Administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
· Solid hands-on experience across multiple HR functions, including Employee Relations, C&B, Recruitment and HR Operations.
· Good knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law, Social Insurance and PIT regulations.
· Experience in HRIS and HR data/reporting; SAP experience is an advantage.
· Experience in expatriate management, work permits, visas and temporary residence procedures is preferred.
· Good understanding of general administration, vendor management and payment processes.
· Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
· Good command of English, both written and spoken. Chinese language skills are an advantage.
· Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
· Detail-oriented, responsible and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
· Able to coordinate effectively across departments and work with different levels of employees and management
