Mô tả Công việc

  • Handle recruitment activities: posting jobs, screening CVs, arranging interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage employee records, labor contracts, annual leave, social insurance, and related HR documents.
  • Monitor attendance, overtime, business trip expenses, and support monthly payroll calculation.
  • Arrange flight tickets, hotel bookings, and business trip schedules for Management/Employees.
  • Prepare and manage internal forms, policies, procedures, and administrative documents.
  • Manage office supplies, company assets, and other office administrative tasks.
  • Support procedures for foreign employees: visa, work permit, temporary residence card, etc.
  • Perform other HR & Admin tasks assigned by Management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR & Admin position.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Careful, proactive, and responsible at work.
  • Experience in garment/fashion industry is an advantage.
