Handle and support recruitment activities for Direct Labor (DL) and Indirect Labor (IDL), including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding and recruitment follow-up.
Support Compensation & Benefits and payroll operations, including attendance, leave, overtime, employee benefits, payroll inputs and related documentation.
Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS system and ensure data accuracy.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation, including employment contracts and personnel files.
Handle expatriate administration, including work permits, visas, temporary residence cards and other related documentation.
Support Employee Relations (ER/IR) matters and coordinate employee-related activities as required.
Coordinate and implement assigned ESG and employee engagement activities.
Handle general HR & Administration operations for the office and factory.
Coordinate transportation and accommodation arrangements for expatriates, employees and business visitors.
Liaise with vendors and service providers for HR & Admin related services and requirements.
Verify HR & Admin invoices, expenses and supporting documents before payment submission.
Prepare HR data and reports and support other HR activities as assigned.
Perform other HR & Administration duties as required.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
3–5 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience in HR operations, Recruitment and C&B/Payroll.
Good knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law, Social Insurance and PIT.
Experience in HRIS; SAP experience is an advantage.
Experience in expatriate administration is an advantage.
Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
Good command of English, both written and spoken. Chinese language skills are an advantage.
Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.
Able to handle multiple HR & Administration tasks and work effectively with different departments.
Willing to work under a 1-year temporary contract (maternity cover).
