As a Payroll & Implementation Consultant, you will work closely with the team to deliver the whole process related to payroll computation and compliance related procedure to meet clients’ expectation for the payroll outsourcing services. You will be responsible for ensuring that clients’ payrolls are processed in line with local rules and legislation. You will also work with the team to deploy the services in term of Software as a Services (“SaaS”) to client, analyze the clients’ requirements in term of technical solutions and software product by coordinating with the BA/developer team.
- Perform monthly payroll computation and payroll related reports.
- Perform personal income tax calculation and returns monthly/quarterly/yearly and relatedreports/procedure.
- Perform statutory insurance contributions and related reports such as labor increment, labor decrement, claims, etc.
- Perform the labor related reports per regulations.
- Delivery the advice to client under the guide/review of your supervisor/manager.
- Ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of payroll services to clients.
- Work closely with client to implement our software products including implementation flow, configuration, best practices solutions, etc.
- Manage the project to reach the timeline with timely updates to Project Manager.
- Operate cross-functionally throughout the organization, communicating customer needs and project objectives to multiple parties to ensure a successful implementation.
- Train end-users to use the software.
- Assist with data conversions .
- Prepare documentation of the implementation.
- Identify gaps in functionality and work with product management to enhance our products.
- Participate in enhancement creation, release and change management activities
- Others as assigned by manager.
