Mô tả Công việc

1. Human Resources Strategy
- Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's growth direction.
- Propose HR policies and procedures to optimize work efficiency and workforce management.
- Monitor the implementation of HR policies to ensure compliance with the law and customer requirements.
2. HR Team and Resources.
- Assist in managing and developing the HR team to ensure the effective operation of HR functions.
- Guide and enhance the professional skills of HR staff.
- Support the HR Manager in assigning tasks appropriately, monitoring work performance, and suggesting improvements.
3. Workforce Planning & Hiring
- Directly manage the recruitment team, develop recruitment and retention strategies, and ensure recruitment KPIs are achieved.
- Oversee the full recruitment process, from job posting, CV screening, interviewing, to employment contract signing.
- Develop effective recruitment channels and propose initiatives to attract new talent and reduce early attrition rates.
4. Training and Development
- Directly manage the training team and develop training plans based on actual needs and customer requirements.
- Oversee training operations and ensure the quality of training programs, meeting all training KPIs.
- Propose training programs to enhance employees’ skills and competencies.
- Collaborate with departments to build career development pathways for employees.
- Work with department heads to develop promotion pathways and succession plans for the talent pipeline.
5. Manage Programs and Projects
- Develop HR workplans based on NB scorecards to ensure all target metrics are achieved.
- Plan and implement projects as required by NB (Above & Beyond, HRMS, etc.).
6. Workplace Grievance and Dispute.
- Receive, handle, and resolve complaints and labor disputes following established procedures and regulations.
- Ensure a fair working environment, minimize conflicts, and motivate employees.
- Support disciplinary procedures in handling labor regulation violations.
7. Communication & Cultural Cultivating.
- Organize internal programs, events, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure clear, accurate, and timely communication between employees and management.
8. Other HR related jobs as per assigned by  head of dept
